In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our company as the Data Controller in line with the business purposes, to be used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified as explained below. In this context, our company, in accordance with the Law and Regulations for the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular, the privacy of private life, is making all necessary technical and administrative measures for ensuring the appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, unlawful access to your personal data, and to ensure their protection.

The target audience of this text is all natural persons whose personal data are processed by our company, excluding our company’s employees or job applicants who have applied to our company.

The personal data processed as the data controller are provided below, but not limited to;

The method of collection and storage of personal data; Your personal data shared with our company can be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, and through verbal, written, or electronic means through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar tools. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. The necessary processes for designing the necessary technical security infrastructure improvements are applied in the environments where your personal data obtained and stored by our company are stored to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, and damage.

Your personal data will be processed and stored securely, within the framework of the purposes disclosed, not used outside the scope of the declared purposes, and necessary information security measures are also taken to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, and damage. After the end of the legal retention period or if such a period is not foreseen, when this period ends, your personal data will be removed from our company’s data flows through deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods.

Transfer of Personal Data;

Your personal data will be transferred, in accordance with the laws and other legislation and within the framework of the purposes stated above, by the Data Controller to;

Your rights under the KVKK Law; By applying to our company, your personal data will be processed in compliance with KVKK and other legislation. The rights you have according to the Article 11 of the KVKK Law are as follows:

• Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information regarding the processed personal data,
• Learning the purposes of the processing and whether they are used in accordance with these purposes,
• Learning about third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• If your data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, requesting that the transaction made be reported to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the compensation of your damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

According to the Article 13 of the KVKK Law, you can send your request, which includes your requests regarding your rights mentioned above, by writing or using the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, to our company by identifying your identity for exercising your rights. You can deliver your request to our company by hand, by notary or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or by sending it to the info@infranet.com.tr address.
